All Mars Attacks looks superstrong. Snake Fire is definitely amazing on corners. Then we have Burning Mandala that covers all grounds. Even if you’ll block it will eat a large portion of your life bar, not to mention Burning Mandala can beat other senshi’s attacks.

Y'know, I just kinda noticed an issue with...frankly every Sailor Moon fighting game: they never let you fight as or against any monsters of the week or even the main villains. If other superhero team-themed fights can do this like TMNT and Power Rangers, why can't Sailor Moon?

Sailor moon have a side scrolling beat ‘em up, but only found on SNES, Genesis and Arcade. You fight the monster of the day and bosses.

The basic attack can't beat the ultimate attack , but why at 2:36 & 15:16 is not fair .. which means Mars ultimate can erase other senshi ultimate and remains mandala still can hit them..

Isnt Rei a little op? She has a fire attack, that hit diffirent heights at once. The other ones looks to have only more straight and easie to dogde attacks. Than did she have a close combat special move and her ultimate move, who is covering the whole area. Additional, was allways her attacks by a clash, that beated the attacks of the other ones. That look all a litte op for me.

It would have been great if translations to some of the audio was included, to avoid English jokes about Sailor Mars's victory quotes being something about "eating peepee" or something. *Edit: With that being said, it's quite a change of mood seeing the Outer Senshi having such comical reactions to being singed, since they're always so serious and stoic in the anime; seeing them with goofy expressions while they're engulfed in flames, was an unexpected welcome.

This game must have been considered leaps and bounds for its time on the 3DO Era. Voice and music tracks, visual effects, etc... but today, the Jerky playing mechanics and speed doesn't look so exciting. There were even better fighters on the Playstation at this time with less bells and whistles
