In this video I will be teaching you how to crochet this adorable crochet bunny hat with floppy ears. I will be using Baby Bernat Blanket yarn in pink and white for the inner of the ear.
The Crochet Bunny Hat with Floppy Ears Free Crochet Pattern is on my blog and includes 6 sizes - crochet instructions for the crochet bunny hat with floppy ears are written for each individual size.
This crochet bunny hat makes up incredibly fast using an 11.50 mm hook for the main part of the hat.
How to Make A Crochet Bunny Hat With Floppy Ears - Four Easy Steps
1. Crochet the base of the hat including earflaps
2. Crochet ears
3. Sew ears to hat
4. Add braided ties

ABBREVIATION
ch - chain
hdc - half double crochet
sc - single crochet
sk - skip
sl st - slip stitch
st - stitch
sts - stitches
rpt - repeat
MATERIALS
8.00 mm hook (pink of ear)
10.00 mm hook (ears)
11.5 mm hook (hat)
Tapestry Needle
Stitch Markers
1 Skien for baby sizes will need 2 for larger - 6 Super Bulky Bernat Baby Blanket
Photos show Baby Clouds by Red Heart - it has since been dicontinued. My recommendation for a great subsitute yarn is Red Heart Pipsqueak - Even though this is rated a 5 Bulky yarn, I was able to obtain the same guage as the bernat baby blanket yarn using the hook sizes called for in this pattern.
