Hi, Rachel and happy early Wednesday in Canada!😊😊😊😊😊. Your "Day in my Life" vlogs are amazing with the prettiest dog in the world and he's so cute! Aww!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙. Also, last week, I went to my doctor's appointment to check my blood pressure and the status of my health. After that, I feel 100% normal with no headaches and no dizziness! I am free as a bird! YAY!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. And finally, I went to Burger King to order a cheeseburger and a drink to enjoy the happiest day of my life!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙. YAY!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. So....yeah. I filmed a video a few weeks back exactly about that regarding health and how your body is your only buddy to tell you when something is wrong - havent finalized it yet but it should be coming soon within the next few days! but it's so true.. health is everything and we need to make sure to prevent things before they happen by going to the docs

I got the alert for your video last night but I waited until today so I could enjoy it while eating lunch :) coincidentally eating avocado toast too! Also I looove Lululemon Define jackets! I have an old one in a charcoal color but I've been dying for a really pretty pink one. Holding out, hoping they release something for me! Best wishes with your health, we definitely need to take care of ourselves
