best tutorials on this subject that i could find do you have a tutorial with using the material fracture , constraints from rules, constraint properties, configure the to the bullet solver?

Fantastic tut; would the setup be relatively similar for a vellum grains sim? Or would any different nodes be required?

You can still multiply the velocity to slow it down. If you want it to not move anymore you can set the stopped attribute
