I don’t know how the defense can ask him about the actual evidence as so many other reliable witnesses have stated that it’s real. All that would happen is that he would agree that it’s all correct. So instead, they have to try to break him down as a credible source. There’s not much else they can do. Doing that well, is another question.

There’s no corroboration for trump/ cohen conversations. Weiselberg is it and he ain’t there. The misdemeanors are slam dunk. Don’t think they have the add on for felony. And I think he’s, obviously, guilty. One juror is all it takes.

@christopherhuff3123 Please cite any evidence outside of Cohen's word that, 1. Trump directed Cohen to make the payment beforehand, vs Cohen making the payment on his own 2. That if 1 is true, Trump did so with the sole purpose of interfering in the election (whatever the hell thar means ... since it's not like voters were able to see Hillary or Biden's book before they voted) and 3. That Trump directed anyone to document the payment as "legal fees" with fraudulent intent. The prosecution has to prove all 3 of these things in order to get a conviction or at least an honest conviction. What evidence do you have any of those things happened other than Cohen's or pure speculation? Please educate me oh wise one. Also, Gumbo, Cohen didn't go to prison for the "same crime." Stop.lying like the loser you are. Cohen went to prison for bank, wire and tax fraud of over 4 million dollars from his taxi medallion service. The SDNY threw that bs campaign finance violation in the plea deal simply to try and embarrass Trump. The idea that he would have served time for that alone is a joke, especially since Hillary, Obama, Bernie, AOC and Ilhan all have similar campaign finance crimes and were hit with mere fines. So spare me.
