I just got done at the gym today. Came back after a 3 week break, I did standing press 5x5 and I have this really really sharp pain between my spine and shoulder blade. I move my head a little and it hurts. But when I get to the top of a pullup, I get a really agonizing pain. Can't even get up from bed without hurting...Should I just sit this out until it heals? Hello David! (Please answer!) So, I've been working out for about a year and a half and I've seen great results. I was 62 kilos before I started working out and when I started working out, first three months were basically learning and I worked out three days a week on upper and lower program. I started improvements a lot, I used to be a skinny kid and after all the learning and never skipping, eating right and all that I started bulking up and I have a question, btw, I'm 1.86meters and I weigh 78 kilos right now. I wanted to ask if: I started doing a push pull legs split ever since the start of the summer. BUT, the thing is..I workout every-day. I workout every day but Sunday. It goes like that, Push - Monday, Pull - Tuesday, Legs - Wednesday, Push - Thursday, Pull - Friday, Legs - Saturday and on Sunday I don't do anything. I'm 16 years old and I changed drastically after I started working out. When I started this intensive program I started gaining results like wapa and I started taking creatine to have the power to go through the workouts and I do. First weeks of this program I didn't notice a lot of change and results, but after a month and a week now I feel, seem and noticed that I have outstanding results, wider back, bigger chest, bigger hands and stronger legs. I want to ask you, is this split good or should I cut it down? You see how intense it is, I have time and I sleep around 10 hours. Oh and, you inspired me a lot with your video, keep up and I'll be there. Can't wait to see you up in the headlights. Awaiting for your reply, Eddie.
