They just need to make a Predator movie where the Predator wins already, this would've been the perfect one to do it...

The absurdity of the movie is the fact that she almost got herself killed 3 times throughout the movie. After all that, she still was able to overcome the odds and defeat the Predator. I liked the Predator parts in the movie and would’ve been happy with him taking out everyone, and then just leave lol. That would’ve been a perfect ending

Watched this last night with the old lady and we had a blast!

This movie delivers on everything I wanted. Great action, solid story, sick kills and gorgeous cinematography. I’d be even crazy to say this is better than the original, but the original is still awesome

I am very critical of wokeness that is pushed in movies, but I really didn’t get that feeling here. It didn’t bother me or rub me the wrong way. I had fun watching it and have pretty much the same thoughts as you. In hindsight, now that you’ve mentioned it, I can kinda see why someone may think that, but I still don’t think it was enough to negatively affect the film. I just saw it as a sci-fi/thriller heroine story.

This is the best sequel in my opinion

I definitely enjoyed this movie and it's restored my faith in the series. They need to make a japanese Era movie next. I think that would be so cool. Alien series meanwhile... several cancelled or crappy games, alien covenant had mixed reviews, I only hope they can think of something better soon.

Mary Sue is a term that was invented by a beta male who has some serious insecurity issues … The movie is a coming of age story. She has to go through the whole experience before she can win and that is what makes the movie great as is the case with any coming of age story. She’s gritty and smart. That’s what makes her a great foil to the Predator. The moment things get tough he relies on his tech. It helped him beat everyone else, but ultimately it was his downfall against her. That’s good writing. It’s an 8-10 for me. I’m also gonna watch the Comanche version tonight
