At 3:57 of the video would you consider the actual profit made to dip down into the full curve of theATC drawn compared to what Mr. Clifford drew being a horizontal line? Did he do that for connivence or is it correct?

jacob clifford helped me through my first semester in college, i started out as a confused little econ major. now here i am as a rising junior. not so little any more, but still very confused. (also just found out my econ professor watches these and i'm scared he's been reading my comments lol)

sir, if i may ask, what makes the output at p=mc the allocative efficient output ? we know that all firms would want to produce at the output where mc = mr which maximizes profits and monopolists are allocatively inefficient as p > mc and DWL is present. And competitive markets are allocatively effcient as they are producing at p=mc which is also =mr i understand the absence of DWL where p=mc but i would just like to know the intuition behind the sentence "producing what society wants" i hope i'm making sense, your videos really help alot and i appreciate what you've been doing.

So in the transition from a monopoly to a price discriminating monopoly, I know the consumer surplus doesnt exist, so does the producer surplus increase? Also, what happens to the deadweight loss and the socially optimal point (any change?) Thanks

3:42 'sold this unit at this price, next unit at next price' but the unit(quantity) is supposed to be Q(MC=MR). Only price can be charged differently for that particular quantity (Q) If not, then what purpose is Q for, when firm can sell different quantities? please explain.
