I have spent a lot of time trying to get a Static 100k account, but have been trouble doing it. Seems static would be the best way to go, but no one does them. Not sure why?

what does one day to pass mean? everywhere there is the minimum 7 trading days for evaluations?

Sometimes (like right now) they have promotions of not only big discounts but you can pass in a single day if you hit your profit target.

So if im up +$5,000 in a trade, and market pulls back to $2,500 for a retest, my account gets blown up?

If you’re $2500 above the highest equity balance on that trade and let it come back $2500, yes you get liquidated. Like if your balance starting the day was 50,000. And you get in a trade and you are $5000 up and it comes back $2500 you hit the trailing DD.

Yeah with trailing drawdown you just gotta secure profits. It's hard to leave positions running unmonitored.
