The prices of vehicles in Ghana have more than doubled due to the exchange rates. I asked of the price of foreign used 2012 Corolla about 3 years ago and it was Ghc40,00. Now dealers are selling about close to Ghc100,000. To even think that these cars are much more older but now commanding more than double their initial price makes it insane.

Good video but next time kindly include the manufactured year, make and model of the vehicle (For example 2010 Ford Fusion SEL). Please note, don’t confuse the manufactured year of the vehicle with the registered year of the vehicle in Ghana.Also, including the engine mileage is crucial to help the buyer to determine how long the vehicle has been used. The more you use the vehicle the more it deteriorates and therefore affects the price value of the vehicle. Lastly, if the vehicle had a salvage title, it’s fair to inform the potential buyer. Overall, you did a good job!!

Please stay away from these Ford Focus and Fiestas with the DPS6 Automatic transmission. I use a 2014 Ford Focus with that transmission and it's a lemon. The engine is extremely durable but the Automatic transmission is nothing to write home about. I've changed the transmission 3 times. I've now converted the transmission to a Manual and it's been a dream. ❤❤❤❤

@@QwesiGolden It would cost you close to ¢50,000 but I would still advise you find yourself a cool deal here in Ghana. Because after buying the car from Togo, you would still have to pay for duties to the customs which at the end of the day. The money you would save wouldn’t be that much. And not to talk of the stress these customs would make you pass through

They are even more expensive. All the Kantanka cars are Chinese knockdowns reassembled here, but the cheapest is more than 200k. As for Nissan assembled in Ghana, don't venture 😂

What they are not mentioning is if the vehicle has a clean title or salvage title.. it makes a huge difference because you don’t want to purchase a lemon… also ensure vehicle is not a flooded vehicle… flooded vehicles develop all kinds of electrical problems in the future..Lastly, mileage makes a huge difference in car pricing…
