Im 58 and up until very recently lived a homosexual life, hanging out in adult bookstores and adult theaters deeply addict to porn and having multiple sexual partners. By the love, grace and mercy of God I am now saved. I can't believe God could live such a wreched man that I am. I am lost without Him and need Him. Thank you, Lord, Jesus Christ for hearing my prayer and saving me from myself and hell.

@@katerussell5902 I used to have that silly mindset too, until I befriended a man a long time ago, and 4 years into our friendship, told me he was gay. I thought he was messing with me. He had zero femininity. Unfortunately though he chose to divorce his wife of 20+ years to marry a man his eyes attracted him to.

I lived openly as a homosexual for 20+ years, I live with HIV. I grew up in an evangelical household, got baptised but turned away from it and turned to the gay lifestyle, sex and drugs. A couple of months ago, Jesus called out to me and saved me. I turned my life over to Jesus, made peace with my family, am free of drugs and want to live my life praising the one and only, Jesus. The gay community needs prayer and Jesus.

I hear this kind of story from many people who were raised by Christian parents. That they end up escaping to go to the opposite extreme end. It makes me wonder whenever I have kids, if I shouldn't talk to them about Jesus so much because it'll make them hate Him more? Or what? It's confusing me because of course I'd wanna share the love of Jesus and His message to them and keep them protected. But I don't want them to feel like they have to rebel against it. Do you feel like your parents did anything wrong that pushed you away or was it the ways of the world being too tempting

I recently left the lgbtq+ Community i was a lesbian and didnt have peace ,was alwways guilty and empty ...its been 4months and am happy in Christ Jesus....its a journey and worth every day going through it with Jesus.... I had to cut off friends, alcohol, and social media ( tiktok,Instagram, Facebook). They would trigger me to watch porn or check out rrainbow families and groups, decided to dwell on Godly content and sermons ..... Nothing is impossible with God.... In Christ we are a new creation the old is gone.

I think this is a horrible doctrine to teach, and it makes me sick! To talk about a different time period where religious guilt had a strong hold in America and across the world. I am more spiritually connected to my God and my loved ones who have crossed over. God knows me, God knows all his gay children. One mans religious guilt in the 80s for being a homosexual is a tale that's been shared time and time again. If you are gay this is not the only answer to feel and have a spiritual connection with a higher power. Do not let these words plague you and make you feel less then. You are worthy of love without paying a Christian pastor or church!

But in the same way if God sees something like tourettes, cancer, shrivelled hands and other things as the enemies plans for you, and not his, then would He not want to help you be free from them? He doesn't intend us to suffer through them alone. I too saw my tourettes as a part of my personality. But in the end, I wanted nothing more then to be rid of it. I mean it sucks if you're honest right haha? No one wants to be punching themselves in the face constantly or swearing at randoms on the bus. So when I asked Jesus to deliver me from it, and I truly believed he would, he did. God allows us to go through things so that he might be able to prove himself to you by healing you from it, or to be an example of faith to others even while suffering. I understand your point though.

God is sanctifying me everyday and I experience His goodness and deliverance everyday I live. Jesus is the only way to the father. Nothing my old life has to offer can satisfy me anymore. New the Bible and even with respect corrected his Christian school teachers if they said any thing out of context when they explained scripture, when he had to go To Public School we lost our son he told me that he was a gay man and every thing in the Bible was wrong. Keep praying but also pour out your love on him. Different but my daughter had suicidal thoughts and self harming but she is now free and a Christian. I prayed hard, laid on her bed with her and without her and prayed, I played worship music all over the house and in her room when she was out.

It’s never too late to repent ! I came to Christ and He to me at 49 years old . I only wish I would have developed a relationship with Him sooner . My mom’s friend believes in shunning and she has a grandson who is a homosexual. She had sat him down and told him to his face that he is shunned and that she will not be in his presence until he repents. She has completely cut him off and it’s been over 2 years now. I don’t believe in shunning anyone because of hearing testimonies like this you never know when that time will come for that person to come to Jesus. Salvation is for anyone who will come to Jesus. Not for a particular group or person or race.

Your absolutely right sorry to hear that. God hates the sin but loves the sinner. He knew we would sin and fall short repeatedly, however, his grace and love is sufficient. That's why he is able to love us when we can't even properly love us; that why he bless us when we know we don't even deserve it. Please pray for our 34 yr old daughter.. She came out as a lesbian and now planning to get married 5/18/24. We have been praying for her deliverance for a while now. She knows the truth……was raised in church, went to Christian school until 8th grade, and even was in the worship team while in college. We are still trusting God that she will be delivered from homosexuality. We know that God still in the business of saving people from all kinds of sins. Thank you so much for praying!!

Does she believe Jesus is God and the only savior? Does she agree with God that she is a sinner and can only be saved cleansed of her death sentence by Jesus? If so she isn’t unsaved. She is giving in to her flesh a desire to be connected in that same gender relationship. Scripture is clear on how anyone an be saved for all eternity. Nobody can pluck her from his hand. He knows her. I am same sex attracted myself and it isn’t a choice. I would never have chosen to have those desires. I choose to remain single because I agree with God on his design for marriage. However I am still a flawed person in my flesh or my DNA. Because we all are even you. This is why we are not taking our earthly bodies to eternity as we get new glorified bodies without blemish without flaws of every kind. She is simply being a prodigal daughter but ultimately believers even if they go on into a life style or a way of relationship not blessed by God does not mean she is unsaved. Just keep loving her.

@@erickchristopher8568Read Romans 6. It explains very well that once we are saved, we are not to keep on sinning. Sanctification means we are to sin less & less because we are maturing in our relationship with Jesus. The Holy Spirit convicts saved people. Once a saved person is convicted of his/her sin, then we are to Stop that sin, not to keep doing it. To ignore that conviction is like a slap in the face of Jesus. He wants us to live a holy life. Yes. We mess up, but we shouldn’t want to ignore His teachings. His rules are to protect us! Not harm us! Sin harms. Jesus’s truth is the only truth. Sinning is a choice, so therefore, living a homosexual lifestyle is a choice. Jesus can & will take those sinful desires away from those who’ve truly trusted & believed in Him ALONE for salvation. Repentance is a good thing. Getting closer to God each day is a good thing.

I told a lesbian who asked if I believed gays will go to hell to read revelations. after which she broke down accusing me of condemning gays to hell. I replied that she read the bible for herself and I did not say a word and that if she believed the bible then there it is, and if she does not then it should not bother her one single bit. I felt I should have been more diplomatic. This story tells me I did the right thing cos we never know when death comes knocking. Tell people the truth let the Holy Spirit deal with the rest.

Yeah, it always helps me to think of them, not only in that moment that we are talking together, and maybe not even primarily in that particular moment, but more so, in the possibility that they might take something away from it that might help them if and when they might come to themselves and need some hope and comfort.

As to the claims of the things that he was able to do I do not believe. Turning water into wine, healing the blind, rising from the dead and so on. Those stories come from people sprinkling their spice on the versions they've heard. The Chinese whisper so to speak.

Looking at all of these beautiful comments fills me with Joy. I have no hate, anger, or judgement to put upon the Gay community. It is Satan that I hate and am angry with. I hate the sin of homosexuality but not the people, for we are ALL made in Gods image and are equal. No matter the wickedness you have done or the evil, we ARE ALL FORGIVEN THROUGH CHRIST. The apostle Paul was a persecutor of Christian’s before he gave his life to God and was forgiven. If he can be forgiven, anyone can. Shame and guilt are ONLY of the devil, and will keep you from giving your life to God. I love to see the truth, glory, and forgiveness of God being revealed to all of you. It is NEVER too late to accept Jesus Christ as your savior and repent. I’ve been led astray from THE LORD multiple times in my life but yet he still forgives me and shows his truth and glory to me and loves me and blesses me. I pray that God continues to work wonders in all of your lives and reveals himself to everyone that seeks him out. He’s an infinite and eternal God. Hallelujah Jesus!

Our consolation is that she is now with the Lord Jesus Christ. Psalms 107 is the first chapter in book 5 of Psalms. I am constantly in awe of the depth of God's word and the power that it has. I shouldn't be surprised, Jesus is the word. Another recent finding was that Isaiah 48:16 is Jesus speaking, as part of the Triune godhead. Amazing!!

Pls pray for my young adult son. He’s been away from church for some years now and there are some things that worry me about his online activities. He was traumatised when he was young- bullied in 2 missionary schools here known for educational excellence because he was small in built and kind. I think there are so many hurts accumulated inside him that he is struggling with depression that he doesn’t know how to handle. Pray for wisdom for us to help him to. And protection from anyone trying to groom or prey on him. Please. Thanks. Shalom.

I always tell people never to listen to people who mock Christ. Those people when you go to their funerals, you are surprised to hear deathbed testimonies of them begging to be prayed for by pastors every day and sleeping with a bible under their pillows. One such guy it was testified that in hospital and in his sickly and weak state he would walk around the hospital declaring the goodness of the Lord. These people don't get the opportunity to come back to the people they misled to tell them that they regret what they have been doing.

It’s amazing, isn’t it? To think people can mock God and attempt to get away with it! My wife’s Dad is about to pass away, and he says he has given his life to Jesus. I have no clue if he did or not, but he’s about to meet either Jesus or Satan’s imps! Truly makes you think of one’s own condition and sleeping with a Bible under the pillow won’t save anyone, for sure!

The thief on the cross next to Christ admitted he was guilty, and stood in defense of Jesus and was forgiven. He didn't say a special prayer and his pain must have been horrific. Yet Jesus knew his heart. How can we know the heart of a person about to die. Only God can know that. I wish more people could have peace in finding Christ before they die.

I earnestly wish the true 'awakening' that you get from knowing Jesus Christ would tear down the walls of hatred Satan has built. As a lifelong Christian I am pond scum at the feet of my savior who barbarically gave his life so forgiveness would be given to humanity. I read the stories below and am uplifted and a blessed to read of others who have found the incomprehensible love of Jesus. Amen, the Holy Spirit is the one who draws men unto the Father, but it still requires at times, God fearing believers who will proclaim the truth to them too. A powerful testimony! The Lord is not willing that any should perish. This man was blessed in that he had time to get right with the Lord. My heart breaks for those who die suddenly, with no time to do that. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near.
