So all the needed wheelchair accessible sidewalk corners are completed, every pothole in/out of town filled and there's money left over to paint intersections differently and call it road calming, cool. On the other hand, if there's still unfinished work to be done serving the ENTIRE taxpaying community, lets get that completed first, huh? Wouldn't that be even cooler and beneficial for ALL?
