Honestly, Italy, for its population, is the country that does things best in athletics apart from the Africans, but they already have those conditions.

Marcell Jacobs isn’t Italian, he is American Born and Raised in El Paso, Texas USA.

@@Hurleyisthegoat That’s not all that matters. He raised in Italy and he has Italian citizenship not American. He was born in Texas but he lived there only one year. The place where he was born is not the only factor to decide at which country an athlete belongs. These are the facts, the rest doesn't matter.
