The reason why countries don't have purple in their flags is because most countries did not have purple near them and wanted to make their flag represent their countries, take England for example. They did not want purple in their flag because their was no way to get purple dye easily. The only country I know that has purple is Dominica 🇩🇲. Btw I love your vids

One Thing. Back then they needed purple snails to paint purple and they were extremely expensive and one millilitre was 10,000 snails so they used other colours than purple

Back before when artifical dye was a thing It was insanely hard to get purple dye Reason ,you only could get it from a purple eyed shellfish To get a gram you'd need 1 million of the shellfish So that's why only Dominica 🇩🇲 and Nicaragua 🇳🇮 have purple in flag because they used to be extremely rich

The reason no flag has purple is because they had to find really rare sea snails that were so hard to find there were only a couple of sightings and even if u did find one it would take thousands to fill a quarter of a flag

The reason why there isnt purple in a flag is because back then when the flags were created the only way to get purple was from a snail and the snail was kinda rare and the amount of purple that it would produce was and is really small.

The reason that there is no purple on ANY flag is that there is one snail that squirts purple ink.But this snail is pretty rare,and I’m pretty sure there’s only like 800 that are mostly in Costa Rica.And literally no one can get this flipping purple ink for some reason LOL
