Fresh issuance of Aadhar in Kuki-dominated districts with 3 compulsory docs to legalize legitimate citizens, followed by bifurcation of CCPUR, Kangpokpi & Tengnoupal for administrative convenience would bring permanent peace in the State and NORTH EAST as a whole.
