As u check n+1 or n-1, Here seems n-1,n,n+1 consecutive so one must be divisible by 3

you taught us upto a level that we can say that 7099 can be a prime No. . . . But you didn't taught full thing. whi wali baat hai k billi ne sher ko sab sikha dia but darakht par charhna ni sikhaya, ta k agar sher usi ko khane aaye to wo apni jan bacha sakey.

Take these integers,35,35+1=36,divisible by 3, but 35 is not a prime,rather than this 6m+1 or 6m-1 is a more substantial approach to the prime numbers

*_Good Evening ma'am...._* Ma'am firstly thank you so much for this video... *_Do It Yourself...._* Q) 7099 Is a prime number or not...?? A) the rule is : * n+1 or n-1,the result is divisible by 3..if yes,then n can be a prime number.... So, 7099+1=7100 which is not divisible by 3 as he sum of the numbers is 8 and is not divisible by 3.. 7099-1=7098 which is divisible by 3 as the sum of the number is 24 and is divisible by 3.... Hence, 7099 can be a prime number.... *_Thank you Ma'am...._*

I got a question to find prime number from four options a) 187 b) 221 c) 391 d) 307 I was ur trick and to my surprise, according to ur trick(n-1, n+1 div by 3): it tells all can be a prime number. TRICK FAILS??

No the truck also says all can be prime numbers, this trick actually helps you to discard numbers which surely are composite

Namaste.... This dont work for the number 91....... 91 is a composite number. 13×7=91. But the method u explained says 91 is a prime number.....

Meaning it can be divided with the number as in it is in the table of the number like 21 is divisible by 3 because it comes in its table as 3 x 7 = 21 Hope this helps
