That's because the vast majority of modern wingers were never really trained to play on the side of their strong foot. Which is why they're not that great at crossing and overall wing-play. The likes of Ronaldo, Di Maria, Robben, Ribery, and Bale all started playing on the side of their strong foot before switching to the other side.

@@delmanpronto9374 Sure, but a lot of these clips are from his Real Madrid years, which is when he became predominantly a left-winger. During this first spell at United he was mainly a right-winger (the left-winger was generally Giggs). Which allowed him to master traditional winger functions that he still was able to use when he switched to the left due to his excellent left foot. But most wingers these days are only trained to cut inside, with the full-back always being the one providing width and crosses.

@@rod6722 so if your theory is right, the converse must be true... a right footed winger who mostly played on the right side would not be conversant with switching to the left like ronaldo did cutting inside and "master [non-]traditional winger functions". yet, ronaldo proves you wrong there as well, because he switched from "traditional" to "non-traditional" really quick and scored a lot of goals cutting inside. rashford has played on the left for almost 7-8 years now, and by now, he'd be expected to know what to do going down the line. it's his job to learn and "master winger functions". vinicius barely plays on the right side, and he's constantly going down the line. let's see your next excuse.

He's just a freak athlete. BTW, as a Real Madrid supporter i'm a fan of both Ronaldo's and is thankful for both their contributions to the team and the game.
