Jimmy Livingston was born with an immune disorder and raised within a world fabricated by his mother, who had the best of intentions. But when he realizes he's in love with Chloe, he decides to go after her to confess his love. Jimmy has no other option and builds a mobile bubble to cross the country in time to stop Chloe from marrying another boy.

There was another movie like this I saw once. Where this girl had to be isolated and couldn't go outside because she had an unknown disease but later in the movie her mother is the one that put her in isolation because she wanted to protect her.
