After watching the movie I realised that what Made Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj so great It was not that He was a King , it was because he thought we all are team and I can't afford to lose anyone because of my own safety. On the other hand the Commanders have such loyalty towards Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj that they can't afford to lose their king Maharaj himself was shocked to see the loyalty to the Extent that his people love him His mother use to visit and take care of the Family of soldiers as a Family member This was a complete two sided love and Submissive loyalty The both sides loyalty made the dream of Swarajya come True His inspiration was Shri Maharana Pratap who himself never lived life of a Prince instead He had friendship with the Bheel and Adivashi people and other common people of State who later helped them to defeat Mughals using the Gurilla Techenique That's how you Rule , Just not because you're a king but because you connect to people around that's what I learnt from our Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj's life that create a worth in such a way that people around you can't afford to lose you and you can't afford to lose them Jai Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj ❤ Har had Mahadev From Rajasthan

@@harveyspecter1855 it's mentioned Maharana Pratap ( Inspired by Gurilla Warfare Tactics and also used in the Hills of Pune) but let's consider mainly Mewar for fighting till last breath for an Independent state He considered his own struggle for Hindavi Svarajya as a continuation of the struggles of Rana Sanga and Maharana Pratap. It also speaks how highly respected the resistance by Sisodias of Mewar was, even in distant Maharashtra. He also wrote to Aurangzeb that if he had the balls then collect Jizya tax from Rana Raj Singh

He did not conquer the forts all over the India. It was later Marathas.. especially Peshwas who spread the border of Maratha empire to no bound. Nonetheless Shivaji Maharaj was a figure to be reckoned with ..He single handedly ..carved out a kingdom for himself and inspired ..many generations of Marathas to fight for swarajya . He still inspires people ..all over this country.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was not emotional but at that time he had realized that if enemy forces attacked on him these people are going to die so he felt sad. Because for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj his people life's was important for him.

@@shrutipandit5019 Very Well explained, It was Chatrapati’s affection for his people which inspired them to lead from front. One can easily observe the difference in the way this battle was fought between both parties. On one hand, Sir Baji Prabhu and his brave leaders led their troupe from front till their last breath whereas on other side, Siddhi Jauhar’s commanders stood aside, watched their men die and saved themselves. This was selfless service and quality of leadership by example taught by Chatrapati to his men.
