Prince Harry Accused Of 'Deliberately Destroying' Potential Evidence In Legal Case

A lawyer has accused Prince Harry of being forced "kicking and screaming" to disclose emails and carry out searches of material that might be relevant in his lawsuit against a media group.
Anthony Hudson, NGN's lawyer, told the court that they had no choice but to seek the order, accusing Harry of "obfuscation" and adding the claimant was creating an "obstacle course" on the issue.
Hudson said he was concerned that Harry's team had stated that correspondence between Harry and J.R. Moehringer, the ghost-writer of his hugely successful memoir "Spare", over messaging app Signal had all been wiped. Hudson added there was no excuse for not searching text or WhatsApp messages between them.

Why am I not surprised by this fact? He hides a lot of things that could compromise him. The worst part is that he also hides it from his wife. We'll see what the future holds for this boy. The worst thing is that he poses as a good guy and a vigilante seeking the truth and defending his mother - selling his mother to be relevant. He likes to expose his distorted view of other people's "truth" - namely his family. Very sad to see Harry's true face. No, his IPP status is not pending. He is not a working royal or a government represent and does not fit into any IPP category so is NOT entitled to IPP status, not matter which legal avenues he attempts to go down.

Didnt allegedly William & Harry going to bring this action several years ago and William decided to settle but Harry would not. However, Harry then did nothing and has waited until Elton John and others decided to sue and invited Harry to join them. So Harry knew way back when he and his brother were venturing to sue together. I believe that was definitely more than 6 years ago.

I think that was another million that the Wales's donated to Invictus during COVID. The original Court case was taken out before William was married and he accepted £1m out of court settlement, £500,000 went to Invictus and the other half to another charity that PW supported. In Bowers book again Harry thought he should get more so decided to go it alone, but then failed to go any further and it was forgotten until Elton and others started a case and invited Harry to join them, which he did.

Harry had his lawyers tell the court that some messages were wiped because they were of an intimate, private nature to do with the RF?!! 😤 I don’t believe that for a second, Harry has never been concerned about the RF’s intimate information or privacy, more like he’s saved those messages another way for his next book

This is a miscarriage of justice, ALL evidence is supposed to be turned over to BOTH sides in discovery. This case should be thrown out, 1) because he had a disk in his home, 2) his lawyer had another in his office, those were probably the ones with the most damaging evidence. IMO, ALL his cases should be dismissed including security case and STOP costing the UK taxpayers another cent. He should be fined or jail time, because if it was a regular person they'd be under the jail. MM got off for outright lying to the judge, he's gotten away with 💩 from a previous case and now this, ENOUGH.

Genuine question: how do they know that the messages and emails were wiped? Had someone already seen them? A discrepancy in a thread? Is there a trace left on a pc or phone that something has been deleted? What evidence is there that these messages ever existed?
