Harry did really really well here. He said "Bula!" (a Fijian greeting) before he drank. It is what we do in Fiji and is a very friendly, respectful gesture. The locals loved it hence the laughter. Very cool.

Fantastic - Bula Bula! People are so welcoming in Fiji to Harry & Meghan. Wish I could see more of the Fiji dancers & culture. This is my favorite trip they visited so far. Love these 2 + 1. 🤴👸👶💖

Duke a bit fidgety... This is no longer a solo journey for Prince Harry, he is growing up right before our eyes. He would be less fidgety if his wife and unborn child were seated closer. He is in protect mode.

Okay, I got to visit Fiji on my next vacation.

That's my dream place to visit.

I was in the Cayman Islands, several years ago, and the Cayman's put on a ceremony that was too die for. They went through a lot of trouble in putting on such an event. I'm sure the Fiji's did as well. It takes a lot of planning and practice to put on such an event.

In Fiji the kava ceremony is integral to their culture. It is done when meeting a village or in the evening while singing and playing music. There’s a ritualistic type meeting usually cross legged on hand woven mat’s and the chief or high ranking man hands a server the coconut shell cup filled with kava drink to be given to the guests first, one must drink it down and hand the cup back to server and back to the larger serving bowl to be filled for the chief. One should clap twice after drinking kava served as a gesture. The kava might make your lips and tongue feel a bit numb but other than a mild brief euphoria it is pretty benign. In Fiji alcohol is served to tourists but the Fijian locals typically don’t drink it. Kava is the only acceptable drink for locals to have after their work is done. The Fijians have beautiful voices and often sing for guests and for their own enjoyment in the evenings at most resorts and small guest lodgings. They also play guitar and ukulele. Fijian culture is unique and guests are welcomed with genuine friendliness and respect.

Prince Harry looks very nervous and fidgety here he can’t seem to relax. Maybe it’s cause he’s trying to concentrate on what’s going on!

I agree with everyone, after reading the comments, Harry did look very uncomfortable during the ceremony. Meghan, kept trying to look at him, too busy playing with her hair.

Harry and Meghan, You are just both looks wonderful, you are just a blessing to commonwealth nations of many cultures in such a time like this. Praying for divine protection over you, may The Lord Jesus be with you, keep you and preserve you always in Jesus name. Do you know what? I love and have passion for royals, right from my youthful age. In fact my two names Sijuwade ( meaning I open my eyes to see the crown) Mojirade ( meaning I wake up to see the crown) in our language is the names of royals, even though I did not come from royal family. Was born in Muslim family. Sick and miraculously healed by Jesus also healed my heart and became heart of love ( born again). One day I was reading the Bible and came across where the Lord promised to give us new name, then asked God to give me new name, then spoke softly to my heart that you’ve changed your Muslim name to Sijuwade, that is: you open your eyes to see the crown of Jesus. And the Bible says we are the King and Queen of Jesus. When I look at British royal families they have many thing to show us how the Kingdom of God will be on Earth when Jesus will rule as a King of the whole World. The way of dressing of the Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth from youthful age to the old age, and how the young one are thought to dress decently with good manners. In fact giving credit to Meghan to adjust quickly and ability to discipline herself to adapt to the system. It is so great, proud of you dear. It is a great example to the body of Christ. Because Jesus required decency and good manner if we are to Reign with Him. Have watched many royal films in my life wonder how it would be to be in royal palace as princess just only one day on this earth now, before I will be royal princess forever in the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ forever. Loves you guys, may The Lord Jesus be with you always in Jesus name.
