No. Their accounts are in Delaware, not the money. LLC have non-profit accounts (charities) and profit accounts. Both are called foundations. They only take care of the accounting for taxes. They cannot profit from their charities but can claim operational expenses. The first time they filed, (for 2 years) they did not itemized; they just gave random answers. The IRS audited them until I guess they corrected it. My husband had an LLC account.
