I have never passed through the Red Temple. Really struggled through Ruins. Props to you, That persistence should be actually rewarded - that is the mastery of classic Prince Of Persia. Those are real test of a man. Kids do not know this, they do not know how you cry of happiness when you actually done with Pop.

Notice that he played faster than the light around 07:55, but the light catches up to him 20 seconds later.

07:01 is insanely hard to pull off, and awesome RNG on the medusa 'scurrying' away. How do you get him to turn around instantly with his sword when attacked?

I was pressing shift + right and already in the process of turnaround, the Medusa hit cancelled the animation and made him instantly turn around

@@Bootstrappin 7eraser7 has a run 4 seconds faster than this (literally faster than my sum of best lol), he goes for riskier level 11 end strat, and has overall better execution of end levels.

Because it let's us skip the sword pickup cutscene. Which not only saves time, but also avoids a crash that happens after the cutscene in this version of the game.

yoooo how did u get past the skeleton bridge like that ? i tried for ages as a kid and it never worked ... also how did you know of all these weak wall locations ?

The skeleton bridge is just a matter of timing the jumps properly. The wall clips can happen in any wall. If the clip is one block wide, it's possible in any version, otherwise it's possible only in the IR version.

How do you get the 7:18 medusa thing to come out correctly? trying to use it to have enough time to beat the game hoping i earn some xtra time because this game is super hard.

Your jump positions need to be pretty exactly. You should run left normally for a bit and only after that start jumping. And also there needs to be a tiny gap between the jumps as well.

AFAIK what happens here is an instant reload at the checkpoint. So it's not a restart since it's an in-game reload. It happens at several places, and all of them are in-game checkpoints. It can be useful, for instance, to reset enemy aggro/spawn
