I have expectations from ubisoft that the day will come when, they will make a sequel to the Prince of Persia trilogy! Or at least something seriously similar to the big 4 games in the series!

Why a sequel to The Two Thrones? Just leave the Sands of Time quadrilogy as the way they are. The Two Thrones concluded the series just fine, no need to keep continuing the story of that Prince of Persia.

As someone who was a big fan (but 100% never understood the plot) of the old games. My heart wants a reboot of the classic formula. But my eyes say this looks like an acceptable starting point. I love a good platformer with tight controls. I'll be looking forward to this.

currently playing prince of persia the two thrones gog edition been long time but i finally played through the trilogy again and this is the final game of that. always hated part 2 for the backtracking and figuring where to go but for me two thrones and sands of time was my favourite with warrior within being last in the trilogy.

This as a side scroller looks good but not down with the cheesy Fortnite design of the main characters but the actual music, atmosphere and enemies are taken heavily from Persian mythology so I’m gonna get it

They did do Prince of Persia Classic for Xbox 360/PS3 which was a remake of the original but unfortunately it's not available on modern systems.

This time I can say most people didn't understand the story, based on the amount of people who didn't get who Sargon truly was. Great music, amazing combat system, good platforming and a big and fun map to explore. Oh, and how can I forget those bosses? I need more of this. There is more than enough "drama" left for a sequel, but even tho this is a great game, it doesn't look like a lot of people are playing it. The price is as bad as the graphics.

It has the action adventure, the Parcour, the mythology and setting and the OG trilogy was 2D too, Sands of Time was not the beginning of the franchise and prentending that is the equivalent of saying that all civilizations originated in Greece, which is undoubtedly untrue.

Don't spin the narrative, Silksong is one of the most anticipated games of the last 10 years or so, Hollow Knight is definitely recognized. People are trashing this game because of the aesthetics, Spiderverse + hip hop don't mix with Prince of Persia, it looks weird and dislocated

You know what else people said it didn't mix with Prince of Persia? Cell Shading, but now everybody loves PoP 2008. Wanna know what else people said at the moment it didn't mix with PoP? Heavy Metal. Even Jordan Mechner, PoP creator himself said he didn't liked the final result, but now Warrior Within is everyone's favourite and everyone wants every PoP game to be like it.

WW and TTT are good games gameplay-wise, but their stories are extremely sub-par. How can Ubisoft "milk this franchise" if it’s dead? That’s completely contradictory. Ubisoft aren’t trying to milk Prince of Persia any bit, since they’ve literally done nothing substantial with the license for almost 14 years. As for the title, in the 1989 original you play as a foreign traveler who becomes the Prince at the end of the game. In this new game you play one of the prince’s guards that must save him. Both of them barely have anything to do with a prince of Persia, yet the title still fits.

Prince of Persia le sabbie del tempo, prince of persia spirito guerriero, prince of Persia i due troni. Quelli erano i veri giochi della play. Questo sembra il gioco di prince of Persia che avevano fatto per la wii, stessa grafica. Con la ps5 dovevano fare un capolavoro che superava addirittura god of war ragnarok invece fanno ste cacate
