I have to disagree on that. At least as far as season 1 was concerned Phobos was a thousand times more developed and justified why he was so feared than the comics did in 12 portals. In 12 portals Cedric was more of a center villain than Phobos was (although I did enjoy certain moments he appeared in flashbacks). For most part in 12 portals was hardly seen, much less explored more like demanding from Cedric to do things for him than in season 1 where he wasn't doing just that but also exploring his genius plans, his knowledge on his planet etc True season 2 was not as good in regards of his true genius and I agree that the Trial of Oracle was better than season 2 Phobos (although I enjoyed at least his lines in season 2). But that's my opinion of course. On my opinion the 12 portals had he'll of a lot potential and little to no development when the Meridian parts were concerned while season 1 was beautifully dark and heavily explored even if not using some of the potential that comics had (like Caleb's origin). But it was kinda unjustly followed by season 2 (although it did have its awesome points) while the comics had more development in arcs 2 and 3

And Nerrissa is the Combination of The Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Madame Madonna from Cinderella, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, Ursula/Vanessa from The Little Mermaid and The Enchantress from Beauty and the Beast?
