After Kate Middleton underwent abdominal surgery in January, the Princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer, she shared in a March 22nd video.

Prince William hasn't even said anything so how's he lying. However the things Meghan and Harry have said have been backed up by undeniable proof. They basically unknowingly admit that they have lied by contradicting themselves on things that should be burned in their memory. For example they had different stories on how and when they met and they kept telling various of the births of the kids as well and how and when the miscarriage happen. It's all there in their own words no one else's. All different tales of the same event.

Many people actually. In medical world major can mean it involved cutting into abdominal cavity, including thru the ab muscles. It can mean going into the stomach, the reproductive organs, the GI track etc. there are many many things that are considered major ab surgery. It differentiates the healing time from, for example, a laparoscopic procedure or a more minor procedure which has a quicker recovery time.

Surgeons do, that's who. Mayo online uses the phrase. It means a cancer surgery where you take every organ you can live without (full hysterectomy, appendix, spleen, gall bladder, + several lymph nodes for testing). It's extremely debilitating. My sister had the exact same thing, followed by 6 weeks to recover followed by 6 rounds of chemo. She almost died at the time, but is alive 30 years later with zero recurrances.
