And this all happened because this Marceline never met Simon. Simon may be the most important character in adventure time because he is directly and indirectly involved in everything. It's to protect Simon that she hunted down the vampires what allowed not only the survival of the humans but gave the breathing room necessary to Bubblegum create the Candy Kingdom and it's inhabitants. Not bad for an antiquarian.

Because she met the Vampire King instead of Simon. Had it been someone else doesn't mean it would have been bad.

Not necessarily. Another key event in this world is the Vampire King finding the crown and using it to block the sun. He might have found it before Simon did and that's why Simon died like every other human

i feel like they're avoiding killing eachother this whole time. "it'd be so easy to stake you", yet she doesn't do it. they still have feelings for eachother in this world, they're just suppressed

exactly. both had plenty of opportunities to kill the other, but they always let them go in the end. Bonny and Marcy still have feelings for each other despite being mortal enemies in this universe. don’t let their interactions say otherwise, because as Hayley from American Dad puts it: “You two should just fuck and get it over with. Clearly you both have repressed sexual feelings for each other that’s being channeled into hostility.”

@@lorendaemon7945 Yep, after pondering the idea more, one of Bonnibel's key qualities is her tendency to always step-up. For better or for worse, it's in her nature to take action if she believes she someone that can. She's the only one that could fight the Star, so she will. Even with their being practically no way to save the world at that point, I don't think it's in any version of Bubblegum not to do something. The fact that it visibly crossed her mind kinda demonstrates how far gone the situation was.

Technically Marceline feels like a monster because she thought she scared her human mother away. So it make sense that she and vampire king bonded as they are both monsters and kind of similar since Marceline is half human and demon while the vampire king is ..part of every living being…

It's interesting to note that if Princess Bubblegum's heterochromia from the Winter King's world is actually consistent across all universes but we simply don't normally see it due to how small her eyes are (a quick google search only showed her eyes every being shown as small black dots outside of fanart), then Marceline must have sucked out PB's green eye before. Not even the one that she could drain the color from for a snack. Truly just toying with her crush for the toxic fun of it.

Theory: baby Finn will grow up in this universe and become this universes great vampire Hunter/Slayer and free what remains of humanity and destroy the vampires (I include Marcy getting killed aswell since she’s frankly too far gone here, she’s probably killed hundreds of thousands of humans at least in brutal fashion)

Something I just realized for season 2 the vampire king could try and travel to other dimensions. He seemed interested in how Simon Fionna and cake just disappeared and if bubblegum is alive in this universe still they could get information from her and use it to try and travel to other worlds. I mean they are running out of food so it would make sense they would need to go elsewhere for more.

Haven't watched yet, but why ain't there a world yet with one of the two being the only opposite gender, cause their way too many regular genderbending, thinking about it there would be more worlds like this or regular genders, I just think we're missing out on alot of potential, hopefully with more episodes and seasons they could really open up
