Thank you so much 😊, the machine you are referring to is clothes steamer , I use it to moisten the surface of fondant before dusting it with gold 😊

Are you attaching the the fondant letters to a cakeboard with water ? Is the board covered in fondant before you place the letters on it?

If your board is white already no need to cover it with fondant unless you want it with other pastel color, I use only water in putting letters at the board

You can use glucose , just apply a thin layer
