He looked like a million and one other dads. He doesn’t look awkward to me. He looks no different to my dad, who played in a team, no different to my husband, who doesn’t play football. No different to my son, who plays rugby and and now has a two year old son of his own, and that’s what you should remember, William is only two, not 9 or 10, so Charles should play gently. Don’t make him out to be a bad dad, I don’t believe he was or is. They were both good and bad, like any of us.

That made him unfaithful to his wife, to whom he verbally committed his life to her, but he couldn’t be loyal to his word. She knew about C. before the wedding but hoped once they married, C. would go away. Diana’s “nonsense” was only IN RESPONSE to how Charles belittled her and went to C. every weekend. At least she owned her behavior to William, unlike Charles, who did his dirty deeds covertly. “Showing off” with yet another unsuitable man??!!! How in the world was she “showing off”? And we are not to judge who was suitable or unsuitable for her…that was for her to decide. She deserved a man who was LOYAL TO HER, not to his mistress.
