I wish you were my professor in my Management class. My current professor presented the exact same powerpoint you used in this video, but, still, I have not understand her lecture because her teaching style is not that good. But when I watched your video, it did not make me sleepy, even though you talked very slowly. You're one of the best professors I have seen. Thank you for sharing your teachings.

This course was not designed to suit YOUR needs. These are first year students in Tourism, so the course is designed for them. You should watch the International Business course which is at a much higher level.

Another important determinant of management is working with resources, in addition to goals, people and organization. In fact, working with resources is more important than organization because management exists even in shallow organizations. And working with resources is always a determinant of management.
