❣️2022.11.26 UPDATE After trying out 4” x 6” 370gsm paper, we went ahead to try a 300gsm A4 paper. UNFORTUNATELY, the paper did not go through 😢 Our conclusion is that a 4” x 6” paper is the largest size for a 300gsm to go through. However, you may experience slight ‘teeth marks’ using it. ✏️ Summary: - Prints well on 250gsm paper (thickest). Anything thicker you may want to proceed with caution. - Ensure that the WIFI for your printer and your laptop/phone is the same in order to connect and print. - Sometimes the Epson Smart Panel App gives us the ‘Unable to Find Device’ issue but its not a big concern to us as we usually use laptop to print instead. - Ink Levels are only half way through the mark after using it for 2 shop updates. - We have printed on sticker papers, vinyl sticker papers and normal papers (70gsm to 370gsm). Please note that the materials you have may result in different printing outcomes from us. Hope this summary helps!😊

‼️UPDATE: the printer is able to print on a 4x6 inch, 370gsm art card beautifully✨ please note that we have not tried bulk printing yet so we are unsure what would be the long term side effects. We have only tried twice so far 🤣

Thank you for ur lovely and comprehensive review! What was the previous printer you used? Would you recommend the older one or this Epson3250 tank?

Hihi >v< The previous printer was bought back in 2013/2014 and it was a HP officejet 4630 e-all-in-one printer. The printer head was a little damaged as well. Replacement was feasible but expensive. So it’s a little difficult to compare between them as one was already faulty. In terms of maintenance, this Epson provides more affordable ink refills. However, I don’t think the printer head is replaceable 🙂 Hope this helps!

For that old version, it temporarily used a Canon Image Runner Advance c3525i laser printer. We definitely love the smooth printed finish look that it gives but the colours were not what we were looking for 🥲 hope this clarifies!

Hello, in the video, the paper we used include sticker papers (80gsm) as well as thicker paper (160gsm). Each settings have different saturation levels and their print out quality, depending on the final product look you want to achieve. Hope this clarifies \( ^ω^ )/

Hello! Yes, as long as your sticker paper is inkjet compatible, it should be fine ・₊✧ when printing, the paper type selected might result in different saturation level too. Do trial and error especially if your material is not like typical white paper.

Hello Lex 🌷accordingly to the specs sheet, highest dpi when scanning is 1200DPI x 2400DPI. So far we hvnt use much of the scanning feature, hence it’s difficult to advise you on its results ☹️ we’re not familiar with L1118 too

🥰 hello! Based on the specifications provided by Epson, it supports Epson premium glossy paper, which is 256gsm, to be printed. We have not tried printing papers above 160gsm yet, but will be attempting to do so in our next shop update >///< if you’re not in a rush to purchase a printer, you may look out for our instastory update regarding this matter near end May! Hope this clarifies \（╹◡╹）/

ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Based on the specifications provided by Epson, it supports Epson premium glossy paper, which is 256gsm, to be printed. We have not tried printing papers above 160gsm yet, but will be attempting to do so in our next shop update ☺️

If you wanna print double-sided, you gotta manually insert the paper again, right?

Yes! it would be a hassle if you are looking to print large amount of double sided items ~ *0*~ Nonetheless, there’s clear instruction to how you can turn the paper 👍🏻 and feeding through the rear tray makes easier compared to front tray. Hope this clarifies ☺️

We are currently using Silhouette Studio as it is linked to our Silhouette Portrait 3 machine for sticker cutting purpose. It provides precise dimensions when printed, unlike PowerPoint which resizes our artwork once printed 😅 You can download the silhouette studio software even if you don’t own a machine! 💯

Hello there! I believe there’s a variety of papers that can be used for this printer. So far we have tried plain copier paper, matte sticker paper, vinyl paper and thick artcard ✨

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 kzfaq.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

Hellooo by the definition of bond paper, its usually thicker than copier paper. We have tried printing up to 250gsm and it works fine (sometimes it may have teeth marks seen under certain angles fyi) ☺ hope this helps!

Hii definitely printed well on our waterproof ones 🙂 however if water is running on the same spot for more than 1min, water mark stain can be observed when dried ☀️ we still prefer getting waterproof stickers via outsource.

Yes you can! so far we used the settings ‘plain paper, high quality’ because that’s the colour saturation level we wanted on our material. Do note that different papers result in different results, so do have trial and error to figure out what’s best for you 😊

as long as it’s inkjet sticker paper, it should be able to print 😀 however please take note that the waterproof-ness depends on the paper material too. Some small businesses would stick another layer of laminate to ensure it’s printed image is sealed up properly 😊 hope this explains!

yes it’s possible but please take note of the paper thickness 😀 printer doesn’t go through feeder well for A4 250gsm and above.

Yes it can! 😊 it’s available for download on the App Store. You got to make sure that your device is connected to the same wifi as your printer haha otherwise you will not be able to detect the device via app. Hope this clarifies (:

Did your printer leave pizza wheel marks on the paper? I just bought it yesterday. I tried to print on 230gsm photo paper and 150gsm sticker paper, both have pizza wheel marks all over the paper😭

Hello there! Yes those wheel marks.. initially we didn’t notice them on our 250gsm paper but it’s starting to be more visible now 🥲 not very sure how to remove them when printing on thicker paper 😭

Printer is still doing a good job! Love how there’s still quite plenty of ink left despite the amount we have printed (huge improvement from our faulty HP printer previously) \^^/ The only issue is the connectivity ~ can be a little frustrating when our laptop/phone app just could not connect with the printer .. 😀 important to make sure that both devices are connected to the same wifi👍🏻

Hello! If the translator is correct, the specification sheet mentioned that the maximum copy size is only A4 or Letter (8.5inch x 14inch). Hope this helps (:

What Price you bought this, and I am confused with Hp516 what is your opinion. Will it connect my 5GHz band for wifi and how is the quality of colour when u print on A4?? Pls answer

Hello! We bought us around 269 SGD during a promotion sales at our retail store （＾ν＾）. It does connect to wifi and the quality of colour printed in A4 is satisfactory to our standard. You may be see it look like towards the end of the video as we did a test print too 🥰

In july I bought Epson Ecotank L3250. Yesterday I tried to print two paper sheets. I pressed print, but paper sheets coming without any text. Ink is full. What can be the problem. Also I tried to scan magazine first page. Printer scan but with pink horizontal lines. What is the problem? How could I solve this problem?

Surviving well and still only half way through our ink levels despite 3 shop updates ☺️ compared to our old HP printer, this printer is definitely cost-efficient!

Hello! Yes, it does. We have tried on paper, vinyl and also synthetic paper materials. However please note that you would need to trial and error as different brands (yet same material) might have discrepancies. ☺

With the budget we had, this printer definitely met our expectations (: it’s sufficient to deliver decent printing quality for our small sticker/artprint business. The ink levels doesn’t run out quick and the refills are also affordable.
