dear what is the ink you use ? AS5 or SS21 or another ? what time between the printing and lamination ?

@skimen This application was printed with SS21 Solvent inks with a 24 hour outgassing period before lamination.

Which lamination roll kind you use? Its special for warp?

The laminate used in this video is Hexis’ PC190S Cast Laminate. For pricing and purchasing, please contact your local Hexis distributor.

Laminate protects the print and material from weathering and fading.

Hello, the heat helps bond the adhesive so the vinyl doesn't peel up.

Hello, only the printed side. The laminate is for protecting the printed side of the vinyl.
