Everyone should strive to be healthy and not obese by all means, but I do not think that is what the comment is referring to. This woman is just built differently than the stereotypical mold of the modern "pop star", and there is nothing wrong with that. She looks healthy enough to me. There are a lot of very healthy individuals that just don't fit that mold. Our minds have become so distorted from what beauty really is - I think that is really all this person is trying to say.
