3 months ago, I would be considered one of the most active people in the world. Commuting into NYC daily for work, rock climbing around the world, “active” to the core of my being. Then, one day I woke up unable to walk - stripped of everything that defined who I was. But God… He showed up and gave my weary soul rest in Him despite my worry. While I still don’t know what His plan is for me after all these things have been shaken, I do know that I can trust Him to bring me through it and I rest in knowing whatever is on the other side of this, it will be immeasurably more than I could have imagined for myself. Giving praise to God for the victory before the battle.

In 2015, my life was upended by the abrupt onset of a very rare disease. I went from being active in ministry and had been an athlete since very young to struggling to do basic tasks. I have lived in and out of the hospital for over 8 years. And I still believe that God is bringing me out, that my complete healing and restoration is manifesting. I had a hard cry this morning in front my my mom and sisters and just befit I broke down I said out Loud, “it’s seems like Gods has no mercy for some of us.” When I said those words I truly felt like there is no hope, things keep going wrong, we can never catch a good break. I was at such a low point, I felt like God seems me last. I saved this video 2 nights ago and as I was thinking about what I said and trying to remember that God has a plan and a perfect timing and desperately trying to remember how much grace and mercy God has show me in the past I started watching this video and I really feel like Pricilla is talking to me. I know what I know about God and it makes me very sad to feel so neglected for the past few years but I know God is good and I know he has a great plan for me. Dear God Forgive me for my weak moments and loving me the most no matter what I do. I can not do this without you, Lord please be my strength through this period of waiting. I am hanging by a thread Yashua but I know you will not let me fall. Father you said in Hebrews 13 verse 5 that you will never leave me nor forsake me and I trust you be cause you are not a man to lie or a human who breaks promises numbers 2 verse 19. I have been struggling and I am afraid I might be losing hope. Father please renew my strength, revive my spirit. I want to praise you, I want to brag about you. Hear my cry and answer my prayers. Remind me that you have my back. I pray in the name of Jesus that if it is not Your will to give me what I desire, God give me something way way way better. Show me how amazing you are Lord. You are glorious God you deserve all the praise. In challenging times like this let me remember how great you are. You are still God and I belong to you, for as long as I live be my strength and do amazing things with my life in the name of Jesus. Thank you for working behind the scenes of my life because God if you don’t do it just won’t be done. You are powerful and I am grateful that I am a priority.
