The maximum supported charging power is 18W, and it is compatible with charging inputs such as 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A, etc.Please find one for your phone, tablet or other smart devices. However, a computer may not be able to power it or will do it in a slow rate. The out put for PC is less than 10W usually.

Yes, in theory, the Carina W1 should be able to plug into the Meta Elite with a battery strap to keep both it and the Quest 3 charged.
