can anyone explain me the electricity number i dont get it.

find a number after adding the numbers on the left and right side; the left panel represent positive values, the right panel are negative values eg for the first line, +1-17=-16, select 16 from the right side (negative values) second line, -2+16=+14, select 14 from the left side (positive values)
