I fucking love it!!! Wes has the same mentality that I got when I was in the Army, lost after the Army because I was a bitch to my vices, slowly I'm becoming the best version of myself. I'm slowly sculpting the me that I envision and see in my heart. I'm realigning my actions with my heart. Everything is starting to fall into place and the love, respect, and my family looking to me for security, joy, comfort, and peace once again. It can be done! Thank you Wes! Your wisdom has helped me out in many ways. Love and respect!

It Works, Especially being on lockdown. I live in Minnesota And with it Snowing right now And 6 days a week I go for a 4 to 5 miles a day. I started with 1 1/2 miles. Now I'm building from that. It hurt at first and now I feel Amazing. I Eat 2 meals a day And I won't eat from 7 at night to 3 in the afternoon the next day. I feel Amazing
