The Statue of Unity is a statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (1875-1950), who was the first Deputy Prime minister of India. Sardar Patel was highly respected for his leadership in uniting 562 princely states of India with a major part of the former British Raj to form the single Union of India. The Statue of Unity is the world's tallest statue, with a height of 182 metres (597 feet). It is located in the state of Gujarat, India, on the Narmada River in the Kevadiya colony, facing the Sardar Sarovar Dam.
Here are some of the Funcacts related to Statue of Unity:
Funfact #1 : SOU offers a wide range of activities to enjoy from maha arti to cycling, from cruise dinner to jungle safari and obviously the world tallest statue, that is Statue of Unity.
Glow garden is something in activities which i will highly recommend you to go , it opens up only after the projection mapping show.
Apart from it also has sardar sarovar dam, valley of flowers , projection mapping which is include in the entry ticket itself. Best part about this place is that it has multiple attractions and across multiple attractions it offers free bus service, which makes entire your very convenient
Funfact #2: Statue of Unity is over 2 times taller than the famous state of Liberty of USA. Even after the , this manmoth project took only 3.5 years to complete. It was designed by Mr. Ram V Sutar and was inaugurated in 31 October 2018 by Mr. Narendra Modi
The daily average tourist footfall at Statue of Unity during November 2019 reached 15,036, outpacing the Statue of Liberty (which attracts around 10,000 daily visitors on average).t has been included in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's ‘8 Wonders of SCO’ list. In its first year of operation, the Statue of Unity attracted 2,900,000 visitors and collected ₹82 crore (US$11.64 million) in ticket revenue.

And I also thought that we will have to take a room and stay back there to visit all these places. But I am amazed to see that , Govt is providing travelling free of cost. Also, if we have kids with us and can do more than a 1-day trip (spending 2-3 hrs at each place) in what order or sequence should we visit the different attractions which are there besides the main statue, viewing gallery & Dam viewpoints - Valley of Flowers, Maze Garden, Jungle Safari, Pet Zone, Aviary Domes / Bird Park, Cactus Garden, Glow Garden, Lazer Show, Butterfly Garden, Children's Nutrition Park, Aarogya Van, Ekta Mall. Will help immensly if you can help sequence it.
