There are currently numerous concepts for VTOL aircraft. This one seems to be one of the most interesting because it was designed realistically. When will it be available?

is there any reason why this merger is postponed? what is the situation now of the case XERI to XTI&INPX? any updated info?

I believe mergers get postponed all the time. But I think the two companies are still trying to close before Q2.
