3:34 as someone who does preparing university education (VWO) + TTO (I’m Dutch) which means I get mainly lessons in English and have a English proficiency test for C1 English level, I see this as an absolute win

great explanatory video. Would you recommend any academy for PPL near Vienna in Austria?
@ValenciaAir7 ай бұрын
You can checkout the Flying Academy in Bad Vöslau or Aviation Academy in Wr Neustadt. There would also be a school in Krems but I don't know it.

For some reason I thought the headset is part of the plane lol. For communications practice something like beyondatc which is an upcoming AI powered tool meant for sim flying (practice) might help.

You are indeed qualified to say this, as there is a headset in the plane, that you can use. Usually it is for passengers though. I just recommend getting one, as the above mentioned, aren't the highest quality. Interesting tool, will keep an eye out and see if I can find anything.

Hey Derrick, yeah that is one of the huge differences between US and EU. That and the hourly rental rate!

That’s what annoys me about EU. They wanna make everything cost money, and me who lives in Norway where everything already costs money, it’s even worse as EU rules comes on top of our rules. We’re not even in EU, we just have a trade agreement, but they still controlls many aspects of our country :/ It’s expensive af

@@pingpongun8519 Hey man, I haven't been there nor lived in Norway, but while you are pointing out a bunch of negative aspects, just think about the absolute beauty your country is, how social it is, if you ever were to lose your job. Not to mention due to that trade agreement you can still as easily travel to the rest of Europe! Sure, take it all with a grain of salt, but be happy, you are where you are!

@@ValenciaAir Don't get me wrong, i love living in Norway and see it as one of the best places to live in the world currently, but it is ridiculously expensive to live here. I just dislike EU because they keep banning shit that has nothing to do with them and keep using power outside of the trade agreement, like banning Norway to support bakeries and butchers with electricity costs under covid... the norwegian goverment didn't even agree with it, they just did it because fuck them right? Only good thing is the travel part, but what good does travel do when we are not allowed to bring anything home without paying a huge fee (which is Norway's fault). 90% of Norwegians that travels to europe to buy stuff are smugglers due to this fee and risk a fine or even prison..., and we travel because buying stuff here is so expensive. But we can't bring goods worth $300+ unless you have spent 24 hours outside the country. After 24 hours it's increased to $600. And the alcohol quota limits you to 3 liter wine which is one carton and 2 liter beer, or 1 liter liquor, 2 liter wine and the beer. It's just so many limitations and laws that are so stupidly strict and pointless and they keep adding so many. It feels less and less like a free democracy.

@@pingpongun8519 See? I didn't even know 10% of whats going on in that country. Damn. I didn't know it was that strict. Have you thought about living abroad?
