Your video came just on time!!! Declutter is my NY's resolution for 2024. I decided to throw all skin care, makeup, clothes etc that simply it's not me . I don't use them, I don't love them, take so much space and I feel overwhelmed. Less is more!!! And I think that I don't need so much to feel beautiful and confindent for myself. Thank you for the motivation and the encouragement!!!

This is so timely. My supervisor came to me today and she looked fabulous. I felt dumpy. So, I said so. I couldn’t say anything positive about myself. How awful! Her glow came from confidence and emotional fortitude that she was gonna “make it”. You know; like when Mary Tyler Moore threw her hat in the air during the theme song to her show” you’re gonna make it after all!!!” 😊🎉❤

Your philosophy is so true. Consistency is key. I have proven this in my skincare regimen. I also find less is more to be very true. I have very hooded eyes and less looks best! I turn 60 this month and I embrace my aging. The best is yet to come!!!❤ Enjoy your positive channel so very much!

The self love I’m adapting for 2024 is not to rush back to work!, we all know how to work from home😅 Loved the quotes, so often our external dialogue is one we wouldn’t unleash on our strongest foe. Although unwell, I’ve taken your lesson from video 1 and thrown out expired and unflattering colours. I’ve changed up powered based makeup to cream. I never forget to be thankful for finding your UTube sight. It’s been about two years now and I always look forward to your next week of inspiration. I’m a retired 78 years old, just had a shoulder replacement and I’m feeling my age overmuch with months of recovery ahead. My mood swings have me taking really good care of myself to it all feeling pointless; the surgery hasn’t helped. But no matter how I feel about me, I’m always excited to see you every week. I just watched your video on Nira and went to the site. It’s a huge investment for me. I’m just not sure, at this time in my life, if I should really make that jump. Even 90 days seems impossible to get there. I’m hoping that there are women out there my age and physical well being that might give me their thoughts on this matter. Hello Nikol, your support and encouragement has helped me to keep feeling good about myself at 74 and still use make up which I love in a more minimal way! Your products are great and I haven't been disappointed with anything that I have ordered. I do want to comment on the delivery time, it is sooo long. I have had the Nira precision for almost a year; I really don't have many wrinkles around my eyes but I do have some pigmentation; it has definitely lightened it somewhat; I have also added this month the ZiiP which I really like; I will alternate with my Nuface that I also like; this year I am concentrating with skincare and also simplifying my makeup like you just did for everyday. Love your eyeliner pencils and the primer it makes such a difference.

I love the pro-aging term! I could afford the laser and purchased it. Was really excited about it but after only two treatments at the lowest setting the laser was making dark spots darker both on my face and on my hands. I have one spot on my hand that is four times the size that it used to be. So if you can’t afford it, don’t worry about it! You may be one of those individuals like me who can’t use it. Hi, We're sorry to hear that you may have had an adverse reaction to your NIRA. This is not a common issue known to happen. The laser is clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating natural collagen production however everyone is different, and some customers may be more sensitive than others.

Love your pro-aging message, Nikol. What a shame on the Nira review and demo. I just returned my Nira Pro. I might have reconsidered with your endorsement. I did not see a difference after almost 90 days 2x/day, no discomfort using at level 4, with their hyaluronic acid serum after. I was so disappointed! The company is very professional and a pleasure to work with, answering my email with questions promptly. I had ordered extra serum, and kept that. I use it nightly.

I love the NIRA Pro. If it works for me-I’m 80-it will work for you younger people who have considerably more collagen than I have. Does it erase all my wrinkles? No, of course not, but it has softened the look of many of them and has given me a little lift of my eyebrows and jowls. I use it on setting 5 and find that completely painless; just a mild warm sensation. Consistency, though, is the key because we lose collagen as we grow older. The need to restore collagen is a given. I’m definitely a believer in “pro-aging”. A healthy diet, exercise, staying current and keeping up with the here and now, enjoying people of all ages, being open to new experiences, being happy with who and what you are, etc are some of the ways to be the best version of you at any age.

@@dammar117 I used it morning and night for the first month and then just once in the morning thereafter. I cleanse my face, perform my treatment, and then generously apply La Mer The Treatment Lotion which is a very hydrating essence. I let that soak in while I plan what I’m going to wear, etc. and then I apply my usual serum, moisturizer, and physical sunscreen. Because I’ve had IPL and eMatrix treatments in the past, I just went for the highest setting (#5) from the very start and was surprised at how fast, easy, and painless (for me) the procedure was. After doing my whole face and neck (my chest is still very smooth), I go back over the problem areas. I did as NIRA suggested and took a before and after picture and was quite pleased. Good luck to you if you do decide to try it. I wouldn’t bother with the original NIRA, just go for the pro. It can do everything the little one does but faster and more efficiently. I’d also check to see if there is a promo sale upcoming. Their customer service is very helpful.

You look gorgeous as usual. I bought the Nira precision laser last year....WOW they really have boosted their prices quite dramatically. When I bought mine it was less than $100. Wanted to get the new one, but no way does the price fit into my budget.

I purchased the Nira after you spoke about it the first time, so a few months ago, I think. I've been using it for about six weeks, and my results are not so good. Everyone is different, different skin, etc. I developed MORE wrinkles around my eyes and some hyper pigmentation just below my bottom lip. I used the Hylaronic acid after each use of the laser, just like prescribed, along with another moisturizer. Luckily, there is the 90 day guarantee, so I will be returning it. I think it was just too much for my 65 year old skin, but that doesn't mean it won't work for others. I'm just giving MY honest experience using it.

Nikol is still in her 40s. Late 40s, tho. You can't speak of ages in decades until the 50s. Early, mid, and late are vastly different before then.

Also, I have been sick with long Covid for over a year and been on a stupid O2 compressor and now my eyebrows have seriously turned mostly silver! What can I do? I always had great skin and hair and since this ridiculous illness my hair, eyebrows are turning white and my skin is starting to have a couple of small dry red patches and lines around eyes. I really am sick of feeling sick and now it really shows that I’ve been sick. What products would you suggest? Especially affordable ones that work. I’m unable to work anymore and am on Disability and have two kids in college, so cost is a real issue. I’m only 51 and this last year has affected my skin and self image terribly.
