Great song! You can´t not love Cesar. Cesar full of sass or the sad one in “I can´t make you love me” or the one looking doubtful at himself in the mirror in “Creep” or the fierce Pirate in “Hoist the colours” or the funny one in the Encanto Medley and I could go on and on. I´m so happy he has found his place in the group. Thank you for this reaction and for sharing.🌹

This was when Cesar became an official member of VoicePlay. Cesar was a high school theater kid. The rest of the guys learned while working at Orlando's theme parks. New VoicePlay video today. Bringing back the Grundels from the Hall of the Mountain King. I think Geoff will age like Sam Elliott or Sean Connery. Sexy at any age.❤❤

Voiceplay will be premiering their new video today at 11:30am est..... Classical Chaos. It is absolutely fantastic and fun. They brought back the characters from their "In The Hall of The Mountain King" video.

Cesar is such a joy. Can confirm he is absolutely as wonderful in person. He lights up every room but not in a selfish way. He spreads joy and love to everyone. Supportive kind and generous with his effervescent personality and talents.

Cesar is the very *definition* of "bubbly personality" and has such an infectious smile and mischievous twinkle in his eye, that you just can't help but grin like an idiot :D and yet... on the flip side of that coin, he can also rip your heart out like he does in their cover of I Can't Make You Love Me (Bonnie Raitt) and Creep (Radiohead) I'm so glad that the planets aligned in such a way that Cesar's and VoicePlay's orbits crossed paths, because he's been such a wonderful addition to the group. I love each iteration of VoicePlay, but my favorite lineup is Geoff, Layne, Eli, Cesar, and J None. All their features are amazing, as are the previous members (Tony and Earl are powerhouses in their own right!) but there's just something magical about Geoff, Layne, Eli, Cesar and J None (Nothing Else Matters is a phenomenal demonstration of this) and it can't be coincidence that they've grown exponentially as artists since he joined. They're all just in their 30s-40s, and when you stop and think about how talented they already are when still so young, it's hard to imagine just how much better they'll be as their vocal instruments continue to age like fine wine made from vintage grapes. And you KNOW they're just going to keep getting better over time, because they are *constantly* pushing themselves to the limits of their ability and creativity... leading to each new cover they release somehow outdoing the last. This is especially noticeable when you go through Geoff's earlier work and compare it to what he's doing now.

the recognition that Geoff will only get more attractive in the next decade or so is very much appreciated. although... we all know it, dude. most of us have probably been on the Voiceplay journey longer than you and have noticed Geoff consistently getting more attractive 😅 still, it is always nice to hear other people recognise it as well - makes us feel less like creeps, I think 😂 btw, I have personally noticed this happen with the other cast members too - we love all our Voiceplay boys ^^

This has a flavour of Gwen Stefani's mash up of this song. I can't say that aspect appealed to me, but otherwise it's amazing. Oh yes, Layne likes to push Geoff to his limits and beyond, and Geoff complains :"he hates me". Not true of course. They have been friends since middle school and know each other very well.

Ashley Diane's first performance with VoicePlay - so we all fell apart when she did those runs! If you follow the credits through time, you'll see Layne is most likely to be the one collaborating with other members - so yeah, I'm guessing he may ask for a lot, but he doesn't ask for anything they can't do and learn from. According to Geoff's comments in interviews, it was Layne who lobbied tirelessly that they NEEDED to get on KZfaq and develop their videos long before covid - and he worked w/ & taught Geoff the craft of producing videos. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but Eli started popping up in Layne's credits 2-3 years ago, and now he's taking the lead role on his own. Is there a connection? (shrugs)

For the bulk of VoicePlay's history, Geoff and Layne split arrangement duties roughly 50/50. Whoever is doing the arrangement is also in charge of coming up with the concept for the video, costuming, set design, filming and editing, etc and hiring out as needed for more complex makeup/prosthetics or camerawork, and of course Ed Boyer does the final audio mix (same guy who does the mixing for Pentatonix and Home Free, the man is a mixing genius.) Eli started to take charge of the lighting, and was the mind behind the digital background scenery in the My Mother Told Me and Valhalla Calling videos, and has started taking on more of the arranging. It's mindblowing how multitalented each and every one of them is, because they're fully independent and do 99% of the work themselves.

True - but the videos and KZfaq started with Layne. According to Geoff's interviews, he got on board reluctantly; didn't see the importance at first.

Geoff has said that Layne's compositions are extreme. He expects the others to go beyond their limits and as we can see, they do it. PS. I think the last one was some form of hollow clop. I'm trying to figure out how to do multiple ones

I used to know a guy, named Paul, who participated in annual community productions of Messiah, and he told me on more than one occasion, "Handel had no respect for the vocalist". At some level I understood where he was coming from, but I actually think it's the opposite: Handel was in a position where he knew, with a high degree of confidence, that the performers were going to be the very best in the world, and he trusted them to be capable of performing whatever he wrote. So if the first tenor part would sound better going up to the same note the second soprano was singing, that's what he wrote, because it would sound better, and he knew without question that the performers would be able to pull it off. Arranging for VoicePlay would be similar. What even are vocal limits? The range is whatever it needs to be, whatever will sound good. These performers will find a way to make it happen, because they're that good. And no, Paul was never my plumber.

Ah, Cesar's first video as an official member of Voiceplay! He's so awesome, and cute as can be! I'm pretty sure it was Ashley's first video with them too, she was a friend of Cesar's (as is Omar Cardona). She's great. Love her to bits! And I want to be at Cesar's Christmas party! 💙

Yeah, the Voiceplay reactions are coming 🎉 Thanks a lot, I appreciate it so much to learn more of what Layne does in your videos 🤩👍🏻 Amazing video as always 👏🏻 Geoff will turn 44 in August, he's 3 years older than me 😅 And yes, Geoff was handsome in early Voiceplay videos, but now he's simply gorgeous 😉 And I have to say, that my husband (42) got more and more attractive since his mid twenties too ❤️ Why is it like this with men??? 😮 As a woman this gets me a little jealous 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ All the best for the moving at your place 🙏🏼

I disagree, the holder of the lowest note by man, goes to a man named Tim Storm. He is currently 51 and proclaims that the older he got, the lower his voice could go. Tim Storms (born August 28, 1972) is an American singer and composer. He holds the Guinness World Record for both the "lowest note produced by a human" and the "widest vocal range". “Storms' Guinness World Record for the Lowest Note Produced by a Human is 0.189 Hz (G−7), set in 2012. He has a separate record for Greatest Vocal Range for Any Human, which is about 10 octaves, 0.7973-807.3 Hz (G/G♯−5-G/G♯5), but does not include the 2 octave extension of the low frequency record set in 2012; the Greatest Vocal Range Record of 10 octaves was set in 2008, prior to the 2012 record.” So I disagree that Geoff has only 7 years left.
