@Irfan Zafar it depends on how invested you are and how active/fit you are If you are not very active and not very invested then I would say 1 hour a day in the mornings or the night If you are active and invested in the sport then I would consider 2-3 hours a day Hope this helped and good luck it will be painful it will be exhausting but as they say the more you sweat the less you bleed good luck Edit: an easier way is to see if the gym others any options for personal trainers or pre decided workout plans 🙂

@CATO Watch Gabe Rosado fight with GGG. GGG wore white gloves that fight. At the end of the GGG's gloves were completely red. That's how bad GGG beat Rosado up. That was a BRUTAL beatdown.

For me its the same as chess, in boxing you see people just wailing at eachother but there is so much finesse going on most non boxers dont understand, just like chess is just people pushing wood, but if you know the game. Its beautiful.

This showed me that casting “non actors” for roles that require a certain expertise goes a long way. The fact that he helped the little things in Creed like the right outfits and real boxing insight , something a traditional actor couldn’t possibly bring. I wanna see it more in Hollywood

Depends what the production is looking for. F.e. Million Dollar Baby, the opponent of Hillary Swank's character is played by Lucia Rijker who has an undefeated record in both boxing and kickboxing.

I'm pretty sure most boxer know this. Oscar De Le Hoya, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, Mike Tyson, Miguel Cotto, Roy Jones Jr, etc. Even MMA fighters. Conor McGregor, Jon Jones, Daniel Cormier, Dominick Cruz, Anthont Pettis, etc.

I used to run twice a day. I cant stress enough how many times i beat guys who thought because they lifted weights and did a lil cardio it was enough. Its all about stamina. Your lungs,your heart, your legs , tempo/pacing. You feel invincible after pushing yourself running. That runners high is a real thing. When i missed a few runs my mom said i looked like i was having withdrawels. I was irritable,restless and depressed. After i went for a light run. It calmed me.

As a boxer, and boxing enthusiast, die hard boxing fan I loved this video! Gabriel is a tough contender. Regardless of his losses, he is very experienced, smart, and his boxing IQ is off the charts, nobody else would’ve done better on this video! He gained my respect after the GGG fight! Tough as nails. He would’ve kept going if he could’ve a true warrior in the squared circle🔥🥊

Undefeated runs mean nothing anyway. Watched a video recently that showed a 3rd of top boxers are Undefeated. Its all because they pad they resume with easy fights. A loss just means someone was actually willing to fight another top boxer. The sport needs to get over its obsession with Undefeated stats.

I remember a scene in rocky where he talks about hitting the sides of beef. His reason was it helped him learn how to break the ribs. He knew the only way to beat Apollo was to take away his ability to breathe..

And not just these but actually he looks pretty smart at what he is doing. He speaks well, and puts thing straight, and he has a connected fluent speech, a focussed one. Lets be real, lots of the fighters are degenerating due to those lots of heavy headshots. The smart ones would not like to get a lot of just the unavoidable ones...This guy was a nice pick.

He lost to GGG, Sulecki, Murray, Monroe Jr., Lemieux and Charlo. Some of them are ELITE. But in boxing, one punch is all it takes. Yeah, Gabe's record isn't the prettiest but he's never given up, made excuses, and has always made every fight competitive. You don't have to like him but amongst his peers, he gets respect.

Best break down ever. I couldn’t care less about boxing. But the detail and explanations are beyond better than every other break down that I have ever watched. He was even able to “dumb it down” and easily explain it to people who know little to nothing about boxing.

@@canthandlethisass Too bad it isn't true. It's customary in boxing, just like the neck bridges Tyson did that he says messed his neck up. But getting your stomach hit with a ball doesn't build a magical shield around your stomach. It's just an old school tradition that a fighter won't dare question when their coach tells them to do it.

W That logic is flawed because if the way the exercise is done. You are watching the ball come and hit you in the stomach. The effective shots in the ring are ones you didn’t expect. Please don’t try to just tighten your stomach up when someone is about to punch you in the liver...it won’t end well.

I feel what he's saying about it being a sport that brings people together. In highschool I was a felon, the soccer coach was a police officer and ex military, other players were honor students, drug dealers etc. We were a family that weekly would get together and have dinner and pretty much are all friends to this day. I wound up playing through college and club, never went pro but regardless you can build relationships through sports that you will never get elsewhere.

I think he's pointing out the discrepancy and weight once you surpass the super heavy weight class. Super heavyweights don't necessarily "make weight" but rather being focused on the technical and physical aspect.

It's called mandatory 8 count because regardless of how quick a fighter gets up, the ref has to count to at least 8 before the fight can continue
