Try getting smaller more flushed bolts for that Plate add-on. Bike looks like 22 except for the golden pin stripes on graphics.

with the spark arrestor, it sounds very similar to stock except for db levels. Without it sounds much better. I know the camera doesn't do it justice.

No tuning needed it should be ready to rip

Any noticeable performances difference with the slip on? Or just sound and looks?

Mostly just sounds and looks. It may have opened the bike up and little bit but no major performance differences. But sounds way better!
