Lisa has been dancing since she was 4 years old. Her mom noticed that she loved to dance and sing so she signed her up for dance class. At this point, I feel like dancing is like breathing for Lisa lol. She doesn't have to think. She just lets her body move :)

She always danced as a kid in child performance groups and etc , then as a pre teen, she got into kpop trainee program , she continued dancing there since kpop idols dance as well as a song and rap , but it wasn’t like a intense pro dancing program , but since dance is the favorite thing to do she likes to focus extra on that part and it’s her strongest element
