Factional Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Victor Oko Jumbo says his group would move to the Supreme Court to challenge the judgment of the Court of Appeal Judgment on the controversial defection of Martin Amaewhule and other lawmakers.
Mr. Jumbo believes the Court erred to have held that the State High Court lacked jurisdiction to entertain the suit seeking to declare the lawmakers’ seats vacant.
