I like to calculate the age of MHA characters compared to myself. Mha takes place in the year 2030, as Aizawa was born in 1999 and is currently 31 in the show. This means Hawks was born in 2007. Just thought I’d share.

no she doesn't, because aizawa can only disable quirks like shoto's, katsuki's, izuku's etc. hagakure was born with that quirk so he can't disable it... that's also the reason he couldn't defeat the nomu. he can't erase quirks that ppl were born with... i hope i helped you :)
