Because I didn't see anyone mention this in the video, Jason Charles Miller is the vocalist for this song. He's also the vocalist for Red Sun on the Metal Gear Rising soundtrack, and he's *also* the vocalist for Who Brings Shadow, To the Edge, and Close in the Distance from FFXIV. And Raubahn's ARR voice actor. He's definitely top tier for me.

It never stops amazing me how he's able to listen to it ONCE and then perfectly match it beat by beat on his guitar! Even crazier when he can do it before the song is even over!

The entire or majority of MGR ost can be summed up in 1 word: perfection. Love the music and I never (or have yet) played the game. And the conposer who made this ost previously made music for...toontown online. Just how you go from that to this God tier rock metal album.

Fun fact: Mick Gordon, the composer for Doom, Doom Eternal and mode badass fps games made the soundtrack for Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots. Pretty similar to Jamie Christopherson huh

finding the key of a track makes it easy to imagine up some cool solos, but the way this guy actually perform these improvisations in real time, he knows a guitar like breathing.

I don't think it's been said but as you're fighting this huge 4 story mech this song is playing in the background. Only without vocals. Then the mech swings one of it's articulated bus sized arm down on you like a sword and when you press the button to block it the vocals finally come in with "RULES OF NATURE"

MGR is a thing i skipped over when it came out....but it got added for free in xbox games with gold and i regret not playing it when it came out....the soundtrack is so damn awesome

It honestly is one of the best soundtracks period. There are others that may objectively be better but I've yet to find a soundtrack where every single track is a banger. A lot of osts usually have one or a couple of songs that are lacking or even a few that standout. Not this game. There are songs that are better than others but everyone is at a fantastic level of quality.

I loved this and cant wait to see him look into more of the mgr revengeance music, hopefully the next one he looks into is "My own master now" aka blade wolf's theme.
