at 20:00 it is corrected i think. At least Shota loses 3 life without any game action, right before the 4 power tireless tracker attacks.

+Fatblue246 I've heard people call it blue... In all seriousness though, they're both often 2 mana 4/5 creatures. Start off small and get larger when the game moves to the later stages. There are a lot of similarities. You could argue Advocate is better though, as she also pumps up all your creature lands.

+Jon I guess he thought he was gonna snag the threats out of his opponent's hand and the wipe would be redundant? I'm no pro, but I disagree with taking out Languish.

At this point in the competition each player knew the other's decklists. Shota was likely considering that Megucci would have definitely brought in counterspells (negate, but mainly invasive surgery) and probably didnt want to risk wasting 4 mana to do nothing, as it gets countered by mengucci's one-mana counterspell then follows up with a collected company to flood the board afterwards.

I wish they'd take Randy Buehler off the coverage team. He just doesn't understand the game well enough anymore. So much of what he says is just wrong. He doesn't even recognize a lot of the cards. :-(
