They're real easy to fall in love with, especially when they're this young and cute and trust you. That's how I got my first squirrel. She just kept coming to me and wouldn't leave until night time when she went back to where ever her nest was, but then the next day she came right back to me. This went on for years until she died of old age. Of course I always had peanuts for her lol

He likes you guys. Consider it an honour of the highest order. Humanity needs to embrace more experiences like this. :)

He's a young lil fella... Those claws are super sharp. I have a pet Gray Squirrel named Geoff and when ever I take him out to play I put on a heavy flannel and a hat...They are such adorable critters... I'd say that one is probably around the 6 week old stage here.

Omg 🤗❤❤😍😍😍 Me thinks this lil guy may have been raised by hoomans and recently released. We raised 2 from pinkies and released. My boy Sami has been gone for 3-4 months now where he used to stay in woods in backyard and eat throughout the day with other squirrels and birds 💔 I'm hoping he moved deeper in woods and will come back to visit 🙏🏽 If you return to the same place regularly he may remain near. They LOVE Peanuts but most other nuts are healthier. They sure love black oil sunflower seed so a hand of that could be dropped out when you see one ❤ My heart needed this, this morning. Thanks you guys... and Squirrelie 🤗

They just love & appreciate anyone who shows them love, gentleness & care. Not to mention, they have this immeasurable forgiveness to those who are the most selfish people that treat them so poorly. Most of the time they are friendly because they had a lot of human interaction, Happened a lot in the Boston Commons park and thats why all the squirrels tend to be good around people.
